Dr. Vince Bertucci

Dr. Bertucci is a Board-certified Dermatologist and Cosmetic Skin Surgeon, who graduated in Medicine from the University of Toronto in 1989.  He subsequently went on to complete specialty training in both Dermatology and Internal Medicine as recognized by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and the American Board of Dermatology.

Academically he has been the Co-Director of Undergraduate Dermatology at the University of Toronto since 1997, where he is responsible for planning the curriculum and teaching medical students and doctors at various levels of training.  He is also the Secretary-Treasurer of the Canadian Society for Dermatologic Surgery and he is a member of the American and International Societies for Dermatologic Surgery.

Having further specialized in Dermatologic Surgery, Dr. Bertucci is highly qualified to perform the latest cosmetic surgery procedures, including BOTOX^®, tumescent liposuction, hair transplantation, multiple laser treatments, soft tissue fillers for wrinkles and lip enhancement, chemical peels, sclerotherapy, and others.

Dr. Bertucci is a leading BOTOX^® injector, having been one of the first in Canada to use it for cosmetic purposes in 1995.  Having extensive experience in its use, he has lectured on BOTOX^® in various venues over the years and his technique has been used for the Canada-wide BOTOX^® Patient Education Video.

Dr. Bertucci has published several articles in peer-reviewed medical journals and he participates in clinical research trials.  He is often quoted in print and television media on dermatologic and cosmetic surgery issues and he is a sought-after speaker who speaks and gives live demonstrations at educational meetings.  He regularly attends continuing medical education conferences, implementing the latest advances in dermatology and cosmetic skin surgery in his practice.

Dr. Bertucci is currently the Medical Director at Bertucci MedSpa in Woodbridge, Ontario, and a Consultant Dermatologist at Women's College Hospital in downtown Toronto.
